Age Requirements


At least 50% of roster must be age 40 years or above. All roster players must be minimum age of 30 years old. All roster players must have valid ID available for inspection at all times. No Exceptions!

Roster Size


  • 13 players maximum, 7 players minimum

Game Set-Up


  • 40 minute games (2, 20 minute halves) with running clock

Game Format


NFHS rules with following modifications:
  • Players will be allowed 6 personal fouls per game
  • Free Throws will be conducted via NCAA rules

Uniforms


Each team must provide uniforms (shirts) of same color with each jersey having a visible (8 inch) number on the back (no duplicates).

Additional Information


  • Five team league schedules will consist of (8) regular season games, plus one playoff game, for each team. If six team league schedules will be (10) regular season games, with single elimination playoffs for top four teams only.
  • Clock will be on “running time” and will only stop for administration of free throws and timeouts called by teams or officials. Clock will stop for all whistles during final two minutes of regulation and final minute of overtime. Each overtime period will be 3 minutes.
  • There will be mandatory pre-league ‘conference call’ meet for all team representatives
