Survivors may elect to participate in certain M-NCPPC sponsored programs. The ERS withholds premiums from the monthly retirement benefit payment for participation in these programs.

Medical Insurance

Survivors may be eligible to participate in the M-NCPPC’s medical insurance plan.

Legal Services

Survivors may be eligible to participate in the legal resources plan offered by the M-NCPPC.

The M-NCPPC’s Health & Benefits Office administers these programs. Each year the M-NCPPC offers survivors the opportunity to make changes in coverage. All questions and/or concerns regarding benefits should be directed to that office at (301) 454-1694.
