I don't agree with your interpretation of the regulations. How do I get a legal opinion?

Requests for legal opinions must be submitted in writing, and should be directed to the Development Review Division. The letter must identify why the opinion is being sought, include the permit application number (if any), describe exactly what the applicant is proposing, and indicate the nature of the opinion he is seeking.
