For the Community Planning North and South Divisions and the Information Management Division, visit us at Lakeside Offices 14422-14436 Old Mill Road Upper Marlboro, MD 20772 From Silver Spring  Take Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) East to MD 4 South/East Pennsylvania Avenue, Exit 11A, toward Upper Marlboro. Stay on MD 4 for approximately nine miles and take the exit for Upper Marlboro - County Offices. Turn left onto Water Street; Water Street becomes Elm Street. Stay to the left on Elm Street until you come to a stop sign. Take a right on Old Marlboro Pike. Take your next right onto Old Mill Road. There are two sets of office condos. Our Lakeside offices (14422-14436) are in the last building on the right in the Marlborough Lakeside Office Complex. From Virginia Take Interstate 495 (Capital Beltway) East/I-95 North for approximately ten miles. Take the MD 4 South/East/Pennsylvania Avenue exit, Exit 11A, MD 4 South, toward Upper Marlboro. Stay on MD 4 for approximately nine miles and take the exit for Upper Marlboro County Offices. Turn left onto Water Street; Water Street becomes Elm Street. Take the first left onto Peppercorn Place and Inglewood Center 3 is the last building on the left, 9400 Peppercorn Place, Largo, Maryland. The Permit Office is located on the sixth floor. From Virginia  Travel south on Interstate 495 to Exit 17A, which is Landover Road (MD 202). Head east on MD 202 to the first traffic light. Make a right onto McCormick Drive. Take the first left onto Peppercorn Place and Inglewood Center 3 is the last building on the left, 9400 Peppercorn Place, Largo, Maryland. The Permit Office is located on the sixth floor.From Upper Marlboro Travel west on Landover Road (MD 202). For approximately nine miles to the intersection of Landover Road and McCormick Drive. Make a left at the traffic light onto McCormick Drive and go approximately 1½ blocks and make the first left onto Peppercorn Place. Inglewood Center 3 is the last building on the left, 9400 Peppercorn Place, Largo, Maryland. The Permit Office is located on the sixth floor.
