The SW corner is occupied by the Graduate (University) Hills garden apartment complex, which serves primarily as student housing. Several churches and a parochial elementary school occupy the SE corner. The ENE corner (between MD 193 and Campus Drive) is University of Maryland property and contains the University of Maryland University College and Conference Center. The NNE corner (between MD 193 and Adelphi Road) marks the University of Maryland golf course.
