Town of Upper Marlboro Revitalization Action Plan

This project examines changing markets and community needs and develops revitalization strategies that reflect a common vision. It seeks to reestablish the original downtown in terms of function, activities and prominence. The project plan will develop an implementation program that defines and prioritizes major tasks, identifies responsible party(ies), proposes a timeframe for startup and/or completion of action items, and estimates associated costs and potential funding mechanisms or sources. The recommendations will be implemented through the Subregion 6 master plan and SMA.
