Latest News: Planning Board adopts the Preliminary Takoma/Langley Crossroads Sector Plan

On September 24, 2009, after a thorough review and analysis of the testimony received at the June 23rd Joint Public Hearing, the Planning Board adopted the Preliminary Takoma/Langely Crossroads Sector Plan with revisions. Some of the major topics identified in the digest include: the preservation of affordable housing and local businesses, transit-oriented development, and improvements to pedestrian access, and transportation.

The revisions made by the Planning Board are described in the Prince George's County Planning Board Resolution PGCPB No. 09-136.
