Planning ProcessThe Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) is the agency responsible for creating master plans and administering day-to-day planning activities in Prince George's County. The County has an established set of rules and procedures for completing master plans and legislating the time frame for planning milestones that the Community Planning Division must adhere to when completing a sector plan.
