•    Glenn Dale-Seabrook-Lanham and Vicinity Approved Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment is now available.  The plan was approved by the County Council in March 2010 with the approval of council resolution no. CR-21-2010.

This is the project web site for the approved Glenn Dale-Seabrook-Lanham and Vicinity Sector Plan and Sectional Map Amendment (SMA). 

Together with the 2006 Approved East Glenn Dale Area Sector Plan and SMA , this sector plan provides planning guidance for all of Planning Area 70. 

The sector plan contains policies, objectives and recommendations to guide future growth and development within the planning area. The SMA implements the sector plan recommendations by amending the zoning map for the planning area.

The sector plan and SMA implements the 2002 Prince George's County Approved General Plan and supports a community-based vision for the future of the planning area.
