Project BoundaryThe Melwood area is bounded by Pennsylvania Avenue to the north; Dower House Road to the west; industrial properties immediately south of Old Marlboro Pike and the eastern boundary is roughly 3244 feet from Dower House Road and follows property lines north to Marlboro Pike.
