2010 Meetings


Stakeholders,

As a result of budgetary limitations, it is necessary to cease work on the Comprehensive Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations.  Therefore, all meetings including the two scheduled in June have been canceled.  Furthermore, we are sincerely grateful for the time and effort you have contributed to this project, and the work completed to date is being saved in anticipation that these issues will be revisited in the future.

Community Meetings are being held to discuss the proposed revisions to the Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations. The revisions will be presented in nine modules.

Module 3 - Compatibility Areas, Overlay Zones & Special Districts

 
Community meetins are schedules for:

Module 2 - Commercial and Industrial Zones

Community meetings are scheduled for:

  • Wednesday, April 14, 2010, 10:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. County Administration Building, 4th Floor Planning Department Board Room 14741 Governor Oden Bowie Drive, Upper Marlboro, MD 20772, and
  • Saturday, April 24, 2010, 10:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m. Prince George’s Sports and Learning Complex, Landover Rooms A and B 8001 Sheriff Road, Landover, MD 20785. A copy of the draft module is available here .    

Module 1 - Residential Districts 

Community meetings were held on Saturday, March 13 and Tuesday, March 16, 2010 . The module for the month of March is RESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS. A copy of the draft module is available here.
