First Report—Plan Analysis

• This report summarizes the County’s current plans, ranging from countywide policies (such as the 2002 General Plan and functional plans for green infrastructure), and focuses on those policies that have zoning and subdivision implications.

Second Report—Consistency Analysis

• This report evaluates the effectiveness of current regulations in implementing the 2002 General Plan policy recommendations.

Third Report—Streamlining the Development Review Process 

• This report provides an evaluation of the development review process and recommends streamlining measures to promote efficiency, transparency and certainly in the decision-making process.

Fourth Report—Reformatting the Regulations

• This report describes how the current Zoning Ordinance and Subdivision Regulations are accessed and organized, and suggests a number of enhancements that will improve their readability.
