Please be advised that written testimony and/or exhibits are accepted in lieu of, or in addition to, oral testimony. The record will be kept open for 15 days after the public hearing until October 12, 2016 for submission of written comments for inclusion in the public hearing record. E-mails or faxes will not be considered unless followed by an original mailed to the Clerk of the Council. Written comments and testimony may be submitted to:

The Countywide Resource Conservation Functional Master Plan (the "Resource Conservation Plan" or "RCP") will combine the related elements of green infrastructure planning and rural character and agricultural conservation into one functional master plan in order to streamline the process, meet state requirements for planning elements, and more efficiently update existing plans and maps.
