Biography:  

Eileen Nivera, Acting Park Planning Supervisor, has been a Park Planner with the Prince George’s Department of Park and Recreation for 18 years. During that time she has been involved in trail planning and development. Most notably, she has been involved with the expansion of the Anacostia Tributary Trail System in Prince George’s County, which is a major component of the Washington Metropolitan regional trail network. Eileen is an avid trail user as a hiker, biker and cross-country skier.
