    (Located near the playground). Begin your day with stretches for the entire body and conclude with relaxation. Balance your workout routine with flexibility training and reduced risk of injury. Level: All; ages 18 & up . Fitness in the Parks is a FREE program that brings a variety of fitness opportunities to parks and natural areas across Prince George’s County, MD! We invite you to find the class that best suits your fitness goals and to come discover the benefits of exercising in nature. No registration required.     Join us for FREE classes in the beautiful outdoors! Learn basic moves to strengthen your body, increase flexibility, and free your mind. Classes are offered Memorial Day through Labor Day at M-NCPPC sites throughout Prince George’s County. No registration required. Ages 6 & up.
