The Birthday Parties program at the Sports & Learning Complex will be CLOSED until further notice. We apologize for any inconvenience and will keep you apprised of any updates.

Rental Details

​We are not accepting any birthday party applications at this time.


Application

All applications (PDF) are accepted three months in advance, starting on the first day of the month. (For example, for a pool party in May, we begin accepting applications in February.) Reservations are accepted on a first come, first-served basis. Submit your completed application via email to the Sports and Learning Complex.

Confirmation/Payment

Upon receipt of the birthday party application, you will be contacted regarding party specifics. Your party will be reserved once the party details are confirmed. Full payment is due 7 days from the date of confirmation. If full payment has not been received within the specified time, your party will be canceled without prior notice.

Rental Facilities

Pool

Enjoy an hour of open swimming in the Leisure Pool and an hour of celebration in the party room. Each child will receive a complimentary pool pass to be used at a future date. The Leisure Pool includes a water slide and splash features, along with the adjacent wet classroom is the perfect place to have a birthday party.

Gymnastics Center


Celebrate you child's birthday at the Gymnastics Center. Your party consists of one hour of supervised gymnastics instruction, along with 45 minutes in a decorated, private party room.

"Fun Time"


Celebrate your child's birthday in the Sports and Learning Complex's "Fun Time" Party Room. Your party will consist of one-hour of fun games, arts and crafts, and access to our private playground (weather permitting), along with a visit from a Splex Character (Sporty, Flash, or Seasonal Character), and one hour of party time.
