Program Overview

Experience the Fit & Strong! Program. An award-winning, evidence-based physical activity program for adults.

Fit & Strong is a physical activity program designed to improve exercise frequency, increase strength, and help with goal setting to promote overall health. The program combines aerobics, stretching, balance, strength, endurance exercises, and health education to promote healthy behavior changes.

Fit & Strong! will help you

  • Increase strength, balance, and stamina
  • Safely perform stretching, balance, aerobic and strengthening exercises
  • Incorporate physical activity into your lifestyle
  • Motivate yourself with improved fitness
