Housing Affordability Survey
This countywide mail survey was conducted in spring 2008 to research the extent of housing cost burdens on residents, highlighting various population groups such as seniors, single-parent families, and selected groups of the
work force. The survey covers information regarding residents’ satisfaction with their current housing situations. It also solicited additional household information to assist with various county planning and policy initiatives.
Industrial Land Needs & Employment Study
This study assesses county industrial employment, land use patterns, and real estate market trends; explores the fiscal and economic impacts of industrial land use and employment; and includes an inventory and analysis of industrial and warehouse space in the county for 2009. The study provides essential information to support ongoing and future planning decisions regarding the designation and supply of industrial land to meet projected future demand.

International Office & Warehouse Incubator Facility Feasibility Study
This consultant study defines and evaluates the feasibility of establishing an international warehouse and office incubator at Steeplechase 95 International Business Park in Prince George’s County that would target the needs of (1) small- to medium-sized companies in and outside of Maryland engaged in global trade; and (2) foreign companies seeking to penetrate U.S. markets. The study examined economic and community development within the Enterprise and Foreign Trade Zones “inside the Beltway” during 2009 in accordance with the 2002 General Plan goals for the county.
Medical Mall Planning Study
This 2007 study evaluates the feasibility of medical mall type uses as a potential tool to revitalize underutilized or vacant shopping centers in the county.

Office Market Trends Study (2005)
This 2005 report examines the trends and changes in the county’s housing market over time in an effort to provide planners, citizens, and public officials with both an up-to-date, comprehensive housing study and a logical point of departure in the development of strategic plans and realistic housing strategies.
Prince George's County Biotechnology Research & Development Center Study
This consultant study, which was completed in 2009, defined and evaluated the economic feasibility of establishing a biotechnology research and development center, inclusive of biomedical research, in Prince George's County, Maryland, to promote economic and community development. The consultant, ANGLE Technology Team, included RESI Research and Consulting at Towson University and Capital Development Design, Inc., a minority-owned civil engineering and land use firm in Beltsville, Maryland.

Prince George's County Economic Development Strategic Plan - The Economic Drivers and Catalysts (March 2013)
The purpose of this plan is to identify and target key high growth industry sectors that have the capacity to further economic development in the county. It will include an assessment of regional commercial real estate market activity and a comprehensive analysis of the county’s key economic competitive advantages and challenges in attracting strategic high-growth industries. This plan will offer consensus-based economic development strategies for Prince George’s County-based on findings and recommendations from this and the Occupational Shifts and Workforce Characteristics Study completed in 2011. Prince George's County Retail Marketability and Competitiveness Study (May 2016)
The purpose of this marketability analysis is to evaluate Prince George’s County’s retail markets and their opportunities utilizing RCLCO’s knowledge of retail success factors in order to identify areas of the County that are growing, areas that are stable, and areas that may need intervention. The marketability analysis begins with an explanation of the site selection criteria retailers consider when deciding where to locate, analyzes which areas of Prince George’s County meet those criteria, and explains RCLCO’s understanding of the alignment between existing centers and demographics at the submarket level. A Study of Occupational Shifts & Workforce Characteristics for Prince George's County
The objective of this study, commissioned by the Prince George's County Planning Department of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC), is to provide policy/decision-makers with a better understanding of occupational changes and
work force development needs and to develop a strategy to meet these needs and promote regional growth and business development. To carry out the analysis, M-NCPPC retained the services of the Battelle Technology Partnership Practice, working together with the University of Baltimore's Jacob France Institute and Market-Economics, Inc. The analysis undertaken included both in-depth quantitative assessments of industry
work force demand and labor supply in the county, along with outreach to industry, educational institutions, and government and economic development leaders encompassing one-on-one interviews and focus groups.

Workforce Housing Market Study
This 2008 study provides an assessment of
work force housing trends in the county and implications for projected demand. Policy recommendations are offered for the preservation and/or expansion of
work force housing to meet
current and projected demand associated with population, economic growth, and escalating residential property values.
Workforce Housing Market Study Update (2011)
The 2008 Workforce Housing Study was conducted using census data for the period of 2000 through 2008. The purpose of this project is to update the Workforce Housing Market Study with data on current (2010) housing market conditions in the county (supply, demand, cost, foreclosures, affordability, etc.). Changes in the housing market since the previous study that impact the
work force in Prince George’s County will be highlighted.
