M-NCPPC Department of Parks and Recreation Announces Updates

To Community Center Rental Rates

Riverdale, MD - Beginning Monday, November 5, 2018, the M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation in Prince George’s County, will implement a new policy regarding community center rentals and rates. The usage of Department community centers includes the venue rental security deposits, fees and charges. Many facilities have been renovated and some facilities offer additional amenities at an additional cost.

Rental requests that extend beyond normal operating hours are considered after hours for the purposes of rental fees. The security deposit charged for the entire rental will be the after-hours rate.

Security Deposits are charged once per rental:  Operating Hours: $125 | After Hours: $275

Rental Fees are hourly rates for Bi-County Residents (Prince George’s and Montgomery Counties). Non-Resident rates are listed in parentheses.

Verified non-profit organizations are eligible for a 50% discount during operating hours. Facilities other than community centers have their own fee structure. Visit www.pgparks.com for more details and a complete list of community centers.
