Why was Go Prince George's remanded to the Planning Department?

The Planning Department conducted an analysis of the Go Prince George’s “2025 Preliminary Plan” and recommended that the Planning Board remand the plan back to the Department because the 2025 plan did not fully meet the requirements of the Zoning Ordinance or the County Council’s resolution initiating the planning process and contained numerous errors and omissions that made further action on this plan premature.
