Prince George’s County Planning Department

The Prince George’s County Planning Department is part of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) a bicounty agency that oversees land-use planning, parks, and recreation in Prince George’s County and land-use planning and parks in Montgomery County, Maryland. Created in 1927 by the Maryland General Assembly, M-NCPPC has endeavored to improve the quality of life for all residents of the bicounty area and the communities in which they live, work, and raise their families.
