The Prince George’s County Council, sitting as the District Council, and the Prince George’s County Planning Board of The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission will hold an in-person Joint Public Hearing on the proposed designation of two properties in Prince George’s County as Historic Sites: Maerlender-Hughes House (66-037-51) and Clarence and Edith Pearce House (66-029-10)at the Wayne K.
