The Prince George’s County Planning Department offices at Largo Headquarters are closed to in-person visits due to building construction. The reopening date is not yet known; however, work continues, and development applications will still be accepted electronically. Due to technical difficulties, the M-NCPPC Prince George’s County Planning Board will continue agenda items scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024, to Thursday, September 26, 2024. 

Prior to noon on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, visit https://www.pgplanningboard.org/participate/sign-up-to-speak/ to sign up to speak or submit written comments to pgcpb@mncppc.org for the meeting. Those who signed up to speak on a matter on the September 19, 2024 agenda are not required to sign up again. An updated agenda will be posted. Individuals who signed up to speak at the September 19, 2024 meeting will be notified by email of the new date.
