The Central Avenue-Blue/Silver Line Sector Plan will be a guiding document developed through a multi-year public engagement process, extensive review, and public hearings. The sector plan will address future development in and around Capitol Heights, Addison Road-Seat Pleasant, and Morgan Boulevard Metro Stations.
