The meetings may be viewed in person at the M-NCPPC, Parks and Recreation Administration Building in Riverdale and via live streaming video. Public participation is encouraged. Everyone who wishes to speak virtually or in person at the Planning Board meeting must register online by noon on the Tuesday, two days prior to the Planning Board meeting. Written comments, documents, and exhibits must be received via email, hand delivery, or mail by noon on the Tuesday before the Planning Board meeting to be included in the record. Come experience the art of placemaking and help reimagine the future of Grand Boulevard at the Largo Yard Party, July 24-25, 2026. The Prince George’s County Planning Department will host a special two-day event activating 9401 Grand Boulevard, Upper Marlboro, MD 20774, the vacant land next to the Largo Metro Station, with the goal of developing the site into a place benefiting County residents and small businesses.

- Saturday, July 25—Family Day and Farmer’s Market
Attendees of both days will be invited to share their ideas for the future of the site in the County. This event is free and open to the public.
