Environmental Technical Manual Updates – Public Information Session

With the passage of the updated Woodland and Wildlife Habitat Conservation Ordinance (CB-20-2024, CB-077-2024, and CB-046-2025) and Subdivision Regulations concerning Environmental Strategy Areas (CB-022-2024) by the Prince George’s County Council, the Prince George’s County Planning Department will host a virtual public information session on February 24 to inform residents and community stakeholders of changes to the Environmental Technical Manual. An overview of revisions to many definitions, processes, conservation requirements, and items related to environmental impacts with development in the County. Participants will learn how to prepare environmentally related plans and documents for submission according to County Code.
