Development Application Review Tracking System (DARTS)

The M-NCPPC Prince George’s County Planning Department has launched the Development Application Review Tracking System (DARTS), a new web-based platform powered by Tyler Technologies’ EnerGOV. DARTS replaces the former in-house Development Activity Monitoring System (DAMS) and is designed to better serve all County stakeholders.

Currently in a soft launch phase, DARTS is available for early use. Developers are encouraged to explore the system and provide feedback during this transition.

For more information, contact DRDApplications@ppd.mncppc.org or 301-952-4198

Highlights of the new DARTS system include:

  • Submit and track development applications entirely online
  • Access and download project details and supporting documents
  • User-friendly design for improved customer experience
  • Transparent review process for all stakeholders
  • 24/7 availability to submit applications, pay fees, and review progress
  • Integration with the Momentum System hosted by the Department of Permitting, Inspections and Enforcement (DPIE)

The DARTS webpage will include training materials, how-to information, and other information related to the system’s implementation. The Planning Department is committed to providing excellent support and guidance as you navigate through the development review process.

Check back regularly for updates. For more information, contact DRDApplications@ppd.mncppc.org or 301-952-4198.
