The study area for this project includes properties immediately adjacent to the segment of MD 704 (Martin Luther King, Jr. Highway, referred to in this report as the Corridor) running from 69th Place to the District of Columbia border. The results of this assessment are outlined in the following sections which include key takeaways from the market demand analysis and stakeholder engagement, strategic recommendations, and actionable strategies for fostering sustainable, high-quality economic growth and development along the Corridor.
