This Feasibility Study for a Biotechnology Research and Development Center reflects the input from private sector, federal, state and local government, as well as non-profit and academic sectors, and project’s paid consultant, ANGLE Technology beginning in the summer of 2007. The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission (M-NCPPC) Prince George’s County Planning staff actively guided the development of this study.
