Subdivision and Development Review Biweekly Meetings

The Prince George’s County Planning Department is closed on Friday, February 27, 2026, and Monday, March 2, 2026, for in-person visits. However, the public can reach staff via email at PPD-InfoCounter@ppd.mncppc.org or by phone at 240-545-8976, and development applications will still be accepted electronically.

Meeting Information

This meeting is open to the public but is not a public hearing. The Subdivision and Development Review Committee (SDRC) is a coordination and interagency meeting early in the development review process with the applicant and M-NCPPC staff, where the public can be invited to speak.
